Life can be unpredictable and challenging, sometimes even overwhelming. I help clients who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck. My main goal is to help you discover the best version of yourself by helping you recognize and increase your inner strengths, while providing you with personalized skills to best navigate life's challenges.
My Background and Approach
I use an integrative approach, tailoring sessions and tools to each client. Drawing from ACT, CBT, DBT and mindfulness-based tools to better navigate life's challenges and develop confidence in self. We will focus on learning to trust yourself, while feeling more security and connectedness to self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If you grew up in an immigrant or bicultural household, you may be carrying unspoken expectations, feelings of guilt, or ongoing questions about identity and belonging. These experiences can be heavy, especially when you’ve learned to push your needs aside or stay strong for others. I am committed to helping break the cycle of shame that often surrounds mental health in minority communities. In our work together, you don’t have to minimize your pain or carry your struggles alone. Therapy with me is a space where you are seen, supported, and allowed to show up just as you are.
