About My Clients
Do you find it hard to love or accept certain parts of yourself? Maybe you want to step outside your comfort zone, but the fear of rejection or not being “enough” holds you back. Or perhaps you feel stuck in relationship patterns that leave you confused or unfulfilled.I support adults who are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, low self-worth, and relationship challenges, to feel more connected, grounded, and less defined by their past.
My Background and Approach
I have a master’s degree in Social Work. With extensive experience working with adolescents, parents, couples, and families, I’ve honed skills in a variety of settings, including outpatient, in-home, and wilderness-based residential programs. Specializing in trauma-informed care, I’m trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR. I use a combination of evidence-based therapies, including Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Solution-Oriented Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and the Gottman Method. I also have specialized training in Prolonged Grief Disorder.
