About My Clients
My clients are people struggling with everyday stress, anxiety or depression. My clients are also women suffering from perinatal mental health issues, young couples struggling to communicate well, parents wanting to know how to better help themselves to help their kids.
My Background and Approach
I have extensive training in CBT, DBT and many other modalities. I have worked with clients to help them overcome their challenges by giving them more healthy coping skills. Being able to speak both English and Spanish allows me to reach more people and gives me a more broad worldview.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping new and expecting parents learn better skills to help them succeed in their relationships with first themselves, their partner and then their children. I have a heart for walking alongside those who have struggled with anxiety or depression for long periods of time. I have a heart for listening to those in need of a trained ear to hear.
