Many of my clients come to me when the constant worry and self-criticism start to impact the most important parts of their lives. I use a combination of relational and mindfulness-based methods to identify patterns that come up again and again and that trigger anxiety, uncertainty and self doubt. I give honest, useful feedback and guidance in a gentle and digestible way. I approach you and your concerns with genuine non-judgement, creating a safe space for sharing things that can be hard to express. I’m open and easy to talk to, while also being professional and facilitating real change.
