About My Clients

As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse communities and backgrounds, in particular, women who are feeling overwhelmed, unseen, overworked, and stretched thin. I understand the web of challenges that impact, influence, and sometimes impair us. Whether it's cultural, socioeconomic, or the daily pressures of life, I’m here to help guide you through these struggles, find clarity, and reclaim your sense of self and purpose.

My Background and Approach

Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Treatment, and Trauma Recovery. In our sessions, we'll go at your pace, building a relationship that’s rooted in trust and understanding. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and unjudged—one where you can explore your true feelings and discover new ways to interact with yourself. Together, we’ll uncover the paths that feel right for you and let you embrace them with confidence.
