About My Clients
I work with people seeking greater awareness, meaning, self-worth, and connection. Many are recovering from addiction and eating disorders, healing trauma, navigating significant life transitions, or exploring life's deeper spiritual and existential questions. I am particularly drawn to supporting those facing death more closely and those on the path of addiction recovery. Rather than directing the process, my role is to help create the conditions in which insight and transformation can emerge.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed therapist certified in MDMA-assisted therapy (MAPS), Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and Reiki (Master). My training also includes Internal Family Systems (IFS), 12-step recovery principles, and contemplative, philosophical, and indigenous wisdom traditions. My approach is experiential, relational, and grounded in the wisdom of the body. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or analysis, we explore present-moment thoughts, emotions, sensations, and lived experience with curiosity and compassion. Drawing from somatic, parts-based, and depth-oriented approaches, I tailor therapy to the individual rather than a single model. Together, we create a space where trauma can be processed, patterns can be understood, deeper questions can be explored, and a more authentic relationship with yourself and life can emerge.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am fascinated about how we, as human beings, grow and our innate capacity to move towards healing and wholeness, even in the face of deep pain, trauma, and wounding experiences. With compassion and empathy, I work with people to build on their strengths, effectively address challenges, and radically accept our whole selves.
