About My Clients

I work with teens, college students, and young adults who feel like they’re holding everything together on the outside but struggling internally. Many of my clients experience anxiety, low motivation, self-doubt, or emotions that feel hard to manage day to day. They want relief from constant stress, more confidence, and real tools they can actually use. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that aren’t working, therapy can be a space to reset, feel understood, and start moving forwa

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with teens and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, helping clients build practical skills they can use in their everyday lives. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without judgment. We will work to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, while also developing tools to manage stress, regulate emotions, and improve confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should feel supportive, engaging, and relevant to your life. Whether we are meeting in a virtual space or in person, my goal is to help you feel more in control, more understood, and better equipped to handle what comes your way.
