Sarah Beth works with eating disorders, body image issues, and self-esteem. She supports her clients in helping them create a healthy relationship with themselves and their bodies. She values working alongside her clients to identify attainable goals so that they can fully embrace themselves.
My Background and Approach
Sarah Beth holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion. Sarah Beth has been a part of the health field for years and has a passion in helping others to create balance and connection between one's mental, physical, and spiritual self. Sarah Beth utilizes person-centered therapy and spirituality when requested in her sessions. Her approach in therapy centers around empathy, understanding, patience, and encouragement.
