Are you someone who has it all together on the outside, but struggles with anxiety and emotional shut down internally? My clients are often high-functioning, thoughtful individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, emotional disconnection, and stuckness in relationships. They may struggle with perfectionism, self-criticism, managing stress and emotions, or creating closeness without tension and withdrawal.
My Background and Approach
As a relational therapist, I believe healing happens in connection, including the connection we build in therapy as therapist and client. Together, we cultivate a supportive and collaborative space to explore how your relationships shape the way you see yourself and move through the world. Our work provides a steady foundation for slowing down, reflecting, and experimenting with new ways of relating to yourself and others. I work with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, self-criticism, emotional disconnection, and relational distress. Our work together goes beyond symptom relief to support deeper self-understanding and more fulfilling, connected relationships. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment-based approaches, but we tailor our work together to your distinctive goals.
