I have training and expertise in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, work/life balance, self-esteem, body image concerns, trauma, stress management, racial/ethnic identity, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration.
My Background and Approach
Therapy can be a helpful way to gain insights, explore, and challenge yourself in a space that is free of judgment. I aim to provide a space where you can feel connected and supported, and where you can develop skills that will help you navigate challenges, thrive, and create meaningful change. I value learning about each client’s background and lived experience, and use a warm, active, and collaborative approach in therapy. As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, I provide individual therapy services in English and Spanish. In my work with couples, I use the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy and provide a structured, skills-based approach to treatment. Please contact me if you would like to learn more.
