About My Clients
My clients are often high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out despite appearing like they have things under control. Many are mothers navigating parenting stress, identity shifts, and the constant mental load that can feel exhausting and isolating. They may struggle with anxiety, emotional exhaustion, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves. They’re often used to pushing through but are ready for something to change.
My Background and Approach
I take a supportive and collaborative approach to therapy, meeting you where you are without judgment. Many of my clients are used to pushing through stress while caring for everyone else, often leaving their own needs behind. Together, we slow things down, understand what’s contributing to your overwhelm, and work on practical ways to feel more grounded, balanced, and like yourself again.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, safe, and real. You don’t have to show up with the “right” words or have everything figured out to begin. I believe many people are doing the best they can with what they’ve been carrying, and that healing often starts by slowing down, feeling understood, and learning new ways to relate to stress, emotions, and ourselves.
