About My Clients

Life will throw many things at you and when we have not processed our past traumas or taken the time to develop how to emotionally regulate ourselves, we can be reactive to people and things we deeply care about. Together, in the safety of therapeutic work, we can deconstruct old patterns and rebuild new ones

My Background and Approach

Beginning a new journey can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether it’s grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues or beyond, I am here for you and will help you uncover your strengths when they feel buried. I will utilize Person Centered and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy to guide your journey. With a special focus on mindfulness, I can help you learn how to regulate your emotions, process things in the past that continue to come up for you in your day to day life, and build new habits that promote your wellbeing.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone has the right to physical and mental healthcare. It is a passion of mine to be able to offer low cost mental health services to my community and to the people of California. I am an ally of the queer and trans community and actively work towards and advocate for anti-racist education in mental health spaces.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
