About My Clients
I work with adults and adolescents of all backgrounds and specialize in supporting those navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADD/ADHD, self-esteem, stress, grief, life transitions, and women’s issues.
My Background and Approach
I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindenwood University. I have had previous work experience in an eating disorder recovery center and in a private practice counseling center. This work has shaped me to prioritize client care and the client experience. Anyone brave enough to reach out for help deserves to be welcomed and cared for with warmth and compassion throughout their entire journey with counseling.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is for everyone at any stage of life. Learning to love yourself and recognizing your needs are key to creating the best version of yourself. Self-growth and change can be hard as we may realize we do not fully identify with influences or experiences we had along our life journey. Unpacking past and present conflicting values can help us discover what values we identify with today and how we can incorporate them into our daily lives. I am a therapist who values respect for your lived experiences. I draw from Feminist and LQBTQIA+ perspectives and welcome those from all walks of life.
