About My Clients

You might be feeling anxious, stuck, or disconnected—from yourself, your partner, or life in general. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem struggles. My approach is genuine, down-to-earth, and often infused with humor. Together, we’ll create space to heal, grow, and build stronger connections—with yourself and others.

My Background and Approach

I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver. My experience includes working with diverse populations in outpatient settings, supporting individuals with eating disorders, survivors of domestic violence, and those navigating anxiety, relationships, and major life transitions. My integrative, evidence-based approach blends warmth, honesty, and humor to help clients feel seen and supported while gaining practical tools for change. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative and authentic—where you can explore freely, gain new perspectives, and build resilience. Whether we’re untangling old patterns, strengthening relationships, or finding calm amid chaos, my goal is to help you move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy is powerful because I’ve experienced its impact firsthand. As someone who’s worked through my own anxiety, I know the courage it takes to show up and do the work—and how freeing it can feel to find your way through. I’m passionate about supporting others on that journey, especially mothers navigating identity, balance, and self-compassion. I care deeply about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for people of all backgrounds and identities. I’m an advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, body acceptance, and social justice, and I strive to honor the unique experiences each person brings. Outside of therapy, my world revolves around my family—my daughter, my husband, and our lovable dog—who remind me daily of the messy, beautiful, imperfect parts of being human.
