About My Clients
Being human right now is hard. The pressures of daily life, relationships, and expectations can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself and your direction. You may be carrying grief, anxiety, trauma, or thoughts you’ve been trying to manage on your own. I offer a warm, grounded, and collaborative space where you don’t have to white-knuckle it alone. Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and work toward greater connection and meaning.
My Background and Approach
You may feel stuck in patterns of pushing through, self-criticism, or avoiding difficult thoughts and feelings just to get by. These strategies often make sense as ways of surviving. Over time, they can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, others, and what matters most. From an ACT lens, we work on building flexibility and moving toward values. At the same time I believe healing happens in relationship. I pay attention to what unfolds between us: moments of connection, hesitation, or uncertainty. These often reflect past relational patterns. Together, we use the therapy relationship as a safe space to notice, understand, and practice new ways of relating, fostering greater connection and support.
