My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I specialize in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). These types of therapy can be very effective at treatment OCD and anxiety related issues. I have worked extensively in clients in treatment centers and in private practice. I have worked with clients with OCD and anxiety in individual, group, and family therapy settings. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy should fit the individual, not the other way around. Therapy is a mix of an art and a science and can be molded to fit what is the most effective and feels like the best fit. I believe in working with my clients to find what works and feels the most attuned.
