Welcome to 3Cs Counseling Center! My name is Sara and I'm available to see individuals 18+ virtually throughout the state of Michigan. (At this time, I am not offering couples, family sessions.) I am well-versed in a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, neuropsychotherapy and others, and work with client who are struggling with PTSD, ASD, ADHD, SUD, relationship conflict, life transitions, grief/loss, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders and more.
My Background and Approach
As a clinician, I am a licensed professional counselor, national certified counselor, certified advanced alcohol and drug counselor, and I'm certified in neuropsychotherapy. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Over the course of my career, I have worked in the community, providing therapy services to adults with SMI and co-occurring disorders as well as youth with SME. I have also been working in private practice for four years now and started 3Cs in March 2022. I've also been the site supervisor of an SUD PHP program and am an expert witness in court cases involving mental health and SUD evaluations.
