Hi, I’m Sara. Is your mind racing, your focus slipping, or your moods feeling hard to keep up with? I help adults living with anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD find steadier ground—whether they’re just starting to notice symptoms or have been managing them for years.
How I Can Help You
My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct, with a strong focus on your strengths. I believe you already have insight and resilience, even if things feel difficult right now. In therapy, we’ll build on what’s working, identify patterns that keep getting in the way, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation and day-to-day steadiness. I draw from CBT, DBT-informed skills, and strengths-based therapy, tailored to what fits you. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or not quite yourself, therapy can be a space to reconnect with your strengths and move toward feeling more grounded and supported.
Why I am a Good Fit for You

I work with people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities, creating a supportive space for practical tools, reflection, and healing to unfold at a pace that feels right for you. I hold an MSW and BSW from the University of Kansas, and an MPH from Boston University.
