I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan with a special interest in anxiety, depression, life & career transitions, athletic performance (including D1 student-athletes), academic performance, and alternative relationships.

My methods are strengths-based and solution-focused in order to work with individuals to achieve their goals in an individualized, effective, affirming, and safe therapeutic environment.
