About My Clients
Whether you are seeking support for personal, professional, or athletic goals; psychotherapy is an effective and evidence-based way to move toward greater health, healing, and emotional wellness at any age. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan with a special interest in anxiety, depression, life & career transitions, athletic performance (including D1 student-athletes), academic performance, and alternative relationships.

A hallmark of my practice is drawing on a breadth of training and experience to offer a collaborative, non-judgmental, trauma-sensitive, social-justice-oriented, and culturally competent approach to therapy. My methods are strengths-based and solution-focused in order to work with individuals to achieve their goals in an individualized, effective, affirming, and safe therapeutic environment.
