My style is warm, practical and effective. I create a safe environment for you and I empower my clients to reach their personal goals. I am devoted to the application of best practices and innovative research. I have an integrative and holistic approach to therapy that includes talk-based therapy, EMDR, CBT, EFT, and hypnotherapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that every single one of us is a unique constellation and that we were born to shine and to feel the joy and peace that is inherently part of our nature.
