Sometimes we just need a place to feel encouraged and someone to help support organizing our thoughts and feelings as we plan the next steps within our lives. This approach takes a more concrete focus and limits the time around emotional processing. We are moving and shaking with therapeutic coaching and this support can be more structured and hands on.
You are the expert on you and have the power to be your best self. It isn't my job to tell you what you need or need to be like, rather I will follow your lead and gently explore what that means for you and your needs. This approach can be beneficial especially when you are in a state of transition and need to focus more fully on what is happening in the moment.
Just as life is in constant motion so are we as human beings. It doesn't feel good to perceive ourselves as "stuck" or to perceive those around as changing and evolving. We are all deserving of personal growth and exploration in this regard can help expand and strengthen our identity and autonomy. Personal growth can also help us to identify and practice boundary setting for better satisfaction in our relationships, careers, and life.
Life is in a constant state of flux and sometimes those transitions can feel big or small. No matter the size, newness in life can feel scary--even when we think we have it all figured out. While life transitions can be exhilarating, support can be beneficial in helping us adjust and accept different or unexpected expectations, organize our mindset and emotional experiences, and find ways to better cope in the midst of change.
Anxiety sucks and it can be so pervasive. While we might think that we are the only anxious people out there, collectively most people experience various types and levels of anxiety. Utilizing support methods of processing, mindfulness, even implementing DBT/CBT skills can help us feel more empowered and in control of our day to day lives. I can support you in diminishing the power of anxiety over our lives and strengthen your ability to take ownership where it may feel too overwhelming.
