About My Clients

You aren’t broken. Your nervous system is just tired of pretending. Self-sovereignty isn’t about being “fixed." It’s about being at home in yourself. Clients often move from “What’s wrong with me?” to “How do I want to live?”—with greater self-trust, embodiment, and ease. For folks who have been told they’re “too sensitive,” “too much,” or somehow wrong—and who are ready for deeper, experiential work.

My Background and Approach

A somatic path to self-sovereignty for the sensitive, neuro-spicey, and those in-between cultures. My work is somatic, experiential, and relational. Somatic Mapping: We treat anxiety as a signal, not a problem. Together we learn the language of your body and gently unwind the “broken” narrative held there. Imaginal & Parts-Based Healing: Using your creative, sensitive brain, we support younger parts that felt unseen or misunderstood, allowing new patterns of protection and connection to emerge. Experiential Self-Trust: We practice boundaries, authenticity, and choice in real time—so insight becomes something you can feel and live.

My Values as a Therapist

I often move beyond words, listening to the wisdom of your body and imagination. I use this non-verbal library to help you build interoception—learning to trust your internal cues to move out of survival mode. My somatic approach is shaped by teaching and practicing dance and yoga, and imagination cultivated through dreams and books over years. I deeply respect what it means to have real-life responsibilities and be struggling with the looping "I'm broken"or "I'm an imposter" messages. I have so much compassion for the strength it takes to show up everyday. Before becoming a counselor, I spent a decade in marketing in high-pressure corporate and tech environments. I’m also a mother with lived experience of perinatal trauma. I am committed to culturally-responsive, systems-informed, and neuro-affirming care. I lived cultural complexity, an immigration-related family separation, and dependence on social support. Now, I am a mom in a sensitive, neuro-spicy, multicultural family.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
