About My Clients
I work with adults who want to better manage stress, anxiety, and self-doubt, while building confidence and self-compassion. My clients often feel pressure to handle everything on their own and may find it hard to slow down or express what they need. In therapy, they seek a supportive space to process their experiences, break unhelpful patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping, relating, and caring for themselves.
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher and later earned certifications in integrative nutrition, health coaching, and personal training. Those experiences taught me how deeply connected our emotional, mental, and physical health are. I bring this holistic perspective into my work as a therapist, while also drawing on evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and IFS strategies. In therapy, I create a collaborative, supportive space where we can explore your unique challenges and strengths. Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping tools, and deepen your self-understanding so you can feel more balanced, confident, and connected in your daily life. My goal is to help you not only manage symptoms, but also create meaningful, lasting changes that support your overall well-being.
