My Background and Approach
My approach is holistic and person centered. I value diversity and balance using evidence based methods with listening to the voices of those with lived experience. We focus on self-awareness, mindfulness, emotional regulation, stress management, compassion, and authentic living. By understanding the thoughts, beliefs, and emotions behind behaviors, you'll make meaningful progress and understand yourself deeper. I believe in creating a space where you can be your authentic self without fear of judgment. My goal is to offer understanding and connection, so you can feel safe, accepted, and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am trauma-informed, neurodiversity affirming, body positive, and LGBTQ+ friendly. I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy working with people and understand the vulnerability of asking for help. I show up as a real, imperfect human who genuinely cares. Virtual therapy is convenient. Clients can receive support from the comfort of their own space and easily fit it into their schedule. I think that support is important and want to make it easier to get support.
