I am passionate about helping couples, families & individuals handle transitions and developmental changes. At times, we become stuck and not sure what direction to take to alleviate our stress. I am eager to help clients assess aspects in their life that may need change by guiding them in creating goals to resolve their struggles. Life throws everyone curve balls; I am here to be supportive through this process and will work with you to understand connections, bridge gaps, and ultimately reach your goals. My desire is to help clients distinguish the problem and refocus on positive life changes.
