My Background and Approach
My approach integrates gentle somatic and cognitive therapies to support healing of both mind and body. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, drawing from Brainspotting, mindfulness, attachment theory, Gestalt, somatic therapy, person-centered therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and self-compassion practices.

I believe in your innate ability to heal. My role is to walk alongside you—offering a warm, supportive space where you can explore, feel, and grow at your own pace. In our work together, you can expect a space that is filled with compassion, support, laughter, and is deeply respectful of your lived experience. I combine my clinical training with humor and intuitive, integrative tools like the Enneagram, nature, movement, and meditation. I believe there are as many paths to healing as there are people—and together, we’ll find the one that’s right for you.
