About My Clients

The clients I serve often struggle with internal conflict, debilitating negative self-talk, burnout, relationship issues, and feeling disconnected from themselves. Our work involves identifying where you would like to see yourself, understanding how you got here, and making adjustments along the way. We'll use self-compassion, personal values, and somatic regulation to guide us through these changes.

My Background and Approach

My goal is to support you in cultivating a life that feels authentic and fulfilling—one where you feel proud of being truer to yourself. We'll use parts-work to better understand different aspects of yourself, body-based techniques for increasing a felt sense of empowerment, and values exploration for creating meaningful and lasting changes.
