My target population is adolescents. As a young therapist, I feel that adolescents are comfortable opening up in session. Being in your teenage/ early adulthood years can be extremely difficult and managing your mental health during this years is imperative. I hope to help the young population thrive emotionally and mentally to overcome their everyday life stressors.

Anxiety has the ability to impact everyday functionality, which is why I feel it is really important to address anxious thoughts in therapy. I utilize CBT techniques to help manage the symptoms that come along with anxiety while also changing unhealthy thinking patterns.

Life happens- but sometimes this can add an immense amount of stress to your plate. Talking through life transitions in therapy can be very beneficial. Topics such as a new illness, switching schools/jobs, having a child, getting married, going through a divorce/break-up, or a death in the family are all stressful events that can be discussed in therapy.

My approach is to be collaborative. We will be teammates throughout the therapy process! I utilize Cognitive- Behavioral therapy to help mange mental health symptoms and change unhealthy thinking patterns. Together we will work towards your individual goals that we will specifically tailor to your needs.
