About My Clients
Do you find it difficult to deal with your emotions? Does anxiety and depression impact your ability to function at school or work? Are you having trouble pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone? If so, I am here to help. Therapy is a team effort, therefore as your therapist we will work together to come up with an individualized plan for your treatment and work to meet your specific goals.
My Background and Approach
I utilize CBT techniques for depression, anxiety, body image issues, and ADHD. I also use EMDR to address issues such as unresolved trauma. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I also have a graduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from The University of South Florida.
