My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is client-centered and collaborative. I specialize and work with people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and borderline personality disorder. Together we can focus on building skills to manage overwhelming emotions, improve relationships, and create lasting change. I will help you to move beyond surviving and toward building a life that feels meaningful and worth living.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy is most effective when people feel respected, affirmed and truly heard. I am intentional about creating an inclusive, LGBTQIA+ safe space where individuals of all races, cultural backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences can explore their concerns without fear of judgement. My work is grounded in empathy, openness, and collaboration, with the goal of ensuring every person feels seen, supported and valued.
