Your best therapist is the person who understands and connects with you. My counseling style is casual and centered around YOU. We all process our challenges differently and I can help identify strengths and ways of coping. I have devoted my career to working with indivuals and families facing crises and trauma. Together we can pave a path forward.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong believer in the power of therapy in improving overall wellness. I greet each new client with dignity, respect, and understanding. I know that anxiety that comes with sending that message and asking for help. My role will always be to create a non-judgemental environment for each client. We form a therapeutic connection that allows you to feel comfortable in our virtual sessions together. You may not know the "why" to what brings you to therapy. But, you most often know the way those symptoms make you feel and how your life could be better. Whether you are new to therapy or have been in treatment in the past, I take a strengths based approach. Let's see what is working and has worked in the past and build from there. Feedback during therapy is vital. Always remember that I work for you! The best results will come from an honest and supportive connection.
