About My Clients
The side of you people see is polished and put together, but you don't always feel that way on the inside. Sometimes you worry about things you shouldn't worry about and that worry takes over and makes it hard for you to cope. We can work together to help you recognize your strengths in a world where you are constantly confronted with negativity. I provide a safe and comfortable space to explore these issues and help you to resolve your inner struggles.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is based on forming a genuine connection with my clients while being down to earth, relatable, and direct. I have earned two Master's degrees, one in Clinical Psychology and another in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling. My education and training offers me the flexibility to adjust my style to accommodate your needs. I have experience with approaches from CBT, Person Centered therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing perspectives. I have received specialized training on OCD and ERP through NOCD.
