My Background and Approach
While I use treatment modalities such as EMDR, EFT Tapping, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we work to rescript the narratives read by your internal voice and reframe your mind. I’ll give you the tools and resources you need to strengthen your mindset daily, decreasing anxiety and increasing your confidence in yourself.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We fill many roles and wholeheartedly serve our families, our communities and our professions in multiple capacities, often at the expense of our own hopes and health. Releasing ourselves from the assumed responsibility to be everything for everyone—and do it all with excellence—will empower us to embrace our own essence and live authentically.
