About My Clients
My clients are often highly sensitive people who struggle anxiety, self doubt, and wanting to feel more connected in relationships. They are highly perceptive of others' reactions and the world around them. I can help by guiding clients towards a more curious, grateful, and brave approach to life. By looking at their strengths and what is already working for them, together we can challenge negative beliefs and build a more fulfilling reality. I work with adolescents, young adults, and couples.
My Background and Approach
My approach is rooted in self-compassion, connection, and creating a sense of safety both within ourselves and in our relationships with others. I also place an emphasis on the mind-body connection and how greater awareness of our internal experiences can support healing and emotional well-being. I work from a holistic perspective, taking into consideration each client’s cultural and societal context, as well as their unique individual traits, experiences, and tendencies. I draw from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic therapy, and somatic-based interventions to meet each client’s individual needs. In my work with adults, some of my primary areas of focus include adjusting to new phases of life—such as becoming a parent, entering a new relationship, or navigating early adulthood—as well as anxiety, perfectionism, OCD, and eating disorders. With adolescents, I can help with self confidence, family conflict, and the issues listed above.
