About My Clients
My clients are often thoughtful, high-functioning adults who appear capable on the outside but feel anxious, self-critical, or disconnected inside. Many struggle with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, or depression shaped by early experiences and cultural messages. I welcome clients of diverse identities, including LGBTQ+ individuals, who are seeking deeper, lasting change.
My Background and Approach
My work is relational, depth-oriented, and trauma-informed. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the underlying patterns, protective parts, and nervous system responses that developed to help you survive. I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, collaborative relationship where curiosity and compassion guide the process. I practice from a body-positive, Health at Every Size®–aligned perspective and specialize in eating disorders and body image concerns. I affirm and welcome LGBTQ+ clients and individuals of diverse identities and backgrounds, and I am committed to creating a space where your full self is respected. Therapy unfolds at a steady pace, honoring your history while supporting meaningful, lasting change.
