About My Clients
Feeling purposeless can be paralyzing - and perfectionism can be debilitating. If you've lost your way, there is hope. I am passionate about working with creative adults and adolescents involved in the arts - music, theater, dance, painting, etc. - who are struggling with anxiety, depression, family issues, life transitions, and OCD. I want to help build awareness around what isn't working, and figure out what changes to make in order to feel better and restore hope and purpose.
My Background and Approach
Twenty years of experience in the music industry has greatly influenced my practice - I understand the heart of a creative and often use expressive approaches like music and art therapy. At the heart of my practice, I use a person-centered approach, which means we partner together to find healing. Since it looks different for everyone, my clinical approach changes based on your needs. Ultimately, I want you to feel safe and worthy of the beautiful life you might have lost sight of.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that you are not alone in your struggle. And I want to help you feel better. My heart is to support and encourage those who have lost sight of their hope and joy. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty in the midst of this city’s incredible artistic community, acting in ways that don't align with who you once were, or dealing with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem, therapy can help you find hope again.
