About My Clients
You are feeling overwhelmed, sad, alone, and unsure about the future. It seems like these feelings are never going to end. You’re doing everything you’re “supposed” to, but you’re missing a deeper sense of connection, belonging, and fulfillment. You are wanting to make changes but are feeling stuck between who you truly are and the expectations others have of you.
My Background and Approach
The therapy experience provides you with a safe space to begin your journey of healing and growth. I work hard to create a collaborative, constructive, challenging environment that is also consistent with compassion, acceptance, and warmth. I value the importance of trauma informed approaches to provide an emotionally safe environment for you. My hope is that together we can uncover barriers which have been preventing you from living life to your fullest potential. You will learn to have an increase sense of self-compassion and the ability to live more authentically. Although, therapy can be challenging and involve some heavy topics I believe it is important to be able to laugh at times when appropriate. The power of laughter is amazing! I hope we are able to laugh together. I look forward to working with you!
