I provide individual therapy with adults that struggle with Substance Abuse, Chronic Health struggles, Trauma(s), grief, life adjustments, pain, career decisions, and depression/anxiety. Therapy is a very individualized process and I personalize therapy to YOU through a variety of therapeutic techniques; the therapy methods I apply are integrative and evidence-based proven to help address a variety of mental health issues.

I am a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist and a Licensed Masters Addiction Counselor in the state of Kansas. I have a passion for providing supportive therapy services to adults struggling with various issues. I will meet you where you are in your journey to provide support, encouragement, and validation. I utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions and I will individualize treatment for YOU to meet your treatment goals. I believe in people, specifically I believe that anyone can change, grow, learn, and feel better. I support all people, all beliefs, all communities, and all ages. I love people and I feel privileged to be able to hear their story. I believe in the power of coffee, the peace and happiness that the ocean gives me, that a smile can instantly lift my heart, that laughter is the best sound, that family is not just blood, that positive thinking can alter your day for the best, that sometimes cussing is needed to convey appropriate meaning to the moment, and that the Chiefs are the greatest football team ever- GO CHIEFS!
