My Background and Approach
I serve as the pillow of support you can fall on and trust to be there with comfort, warmth, and complete understanding. I could give you all the fancy names for the approaches I use (Psychodynamic, AEDP, Experiential, EFT), but honestly, it is hard to fully describe the therapy I provide in a matter of words. It is an experience. A process. It is something which can only be explained through the human psyche experience. One in which we all need and can experience the amazing benefits from when we sit and share our story with someone who can feel exactly what we are feeling in that given moment. It's empathy at it's finest. And it's deeply powerful. Transforming your life in ways you didn't think were possible. It also takes a clinician who can experience that pain with you in that moment. That's why open, vulnerable, and honest people truly make the best clinicians. With my service, that's what you are getting, is me and my investment in you.
