About My Clients
All too often, we do not give enough credit for how challenging transitions and changes can be in our lives. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults to process these challenging times and teach coping skills along the way. I strive to provide tailored care for each of my clients by working to include my client’s hobbies, interests, and values in the work that we do together. My ideal client is someone I can work with to help them find fulfillment in themselves and in their lives.
My Background and Approach
For me, counseling is not a one-size fits all, and I use a variety of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, and Systems Based. Everyone deserves the opportunity to feel heard and understood and, as a counselor, I endeavor to provide a nonjudgmental, listening ear to my clients and allow them space to be their authentic selves.

I use people's interests and passions to create tailored activities and tools, because I believe that therapy works best when it's as unique as you are.
