In couples therapy, I draw on the Gottman Method to help partners communicate more effectively, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally. You’ll gain practical tools and a clearer understanding of each other. In individual therapy, I integrate DBT, CBT, and ACT, blending proven strategies with an authentic, down-to-earth approach. I’m also passionate about supporting those navigating suicidal thoughts or self-harm.
