My Background and Approach
I received my training from Webster University and received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since receiving my license and degree I have enjoyed working with a range of mental health concerns including conditions such as anxiety, depression, traumas, life changes, adjustment disorders, relationship concerns, and so much more. My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to tackle personal challenges and create a different future for themselves. Perfection is not needed, together we can create a treatment plan that fits your personal needs and allows development and strengthening. As your clinician I will pull from several evidence based treatment methods to tailor a style that meets your needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I was inspired to pursue a career in mental health due to my desire to help my community improve their quality of life and excel past their barriers. I have a deep need to help others navigate their challenges and elevate their lifestyles. I believe that by providing clinical support, I can make a direct and positive change on someone's life, which is very fulfilling to me.
