I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with years of experience working via telehealth with adults. I provide therapy in a warm, supportive way, believing you are the expert on your life. I see my role as a collaborator, meeting you where you are on your journey. This can look like using a process-oriented or structured, skills-based approach based on what you need that day. I use evidence-based methods, integrating education on the brain and psychology into sessions when appropriate. I value open feedback to ensure we're working toward your goals. With a nurturing, honest style, I create a safe space where you can share and grow. Therapy can be tough, so I focus on strengths and use humor when helpful.

I advocate for racial justice, equality, and mental health awareness, and I’m committed to breaking down the stigma around mental health. My goal is to help individuals from all walks of life feel heard, valued, and empowered. I firmly believe everyone deserves access to mental health care in a safe, non-judgmental space, and I strive to make therapy accessible, understanding, and transformative for each person I work with.
