About My Clients

My clients seek therapy to reduce overwhelm and create a life that brings joy, peace, and fulfillment. They often feel disconnected from others and struggle with personal identity because they often try to please others. Many of my clients have a history of childhood emotional neglect and abuse.

My Background and Approach

I value the counseling relationship and utilize a whole-body approach. I believe that my clients are in the driver's seat and they determine their therapeutic goals.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe most people are doing the best that they can. Shame never makes us "act better." I believe that everyone has intrinsic value and it is an honor to accompany someone on their therapeutic journey.
