In your first session, we'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide the most appropriate ways to help you make progress. I often use Cognitive Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing Therapy in my practice. I'll help you learn how to push back against those strong emotions to change for the better. We’ll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. During treatment,."I look forward to working with you to regain your sense of self.
