Helping women of all ages build self compassion, self confidence, and grace first for oneself, and then extending that love onto other's makes a difference. I have over 15+ years of working in various clinical setting and private sectors. learning about what truly helps other grow and change. I specialize in treating postpartum depression, anxiety, relational problems, and trauma-related disorders.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Integrity, Respect, and Compassion are a few of my core values, and I bring this to my practice daily. From humble beginnings, I have learned firsthand that hard work, determination, and belief in and compassion for oneself are crucial towards ongoing growth and progress.
