About My Clients
I enjoy working with teens, college students, LGBTQ+ individuals and adults of all ages. My specialties are eating disorders and Trauma. Additionally, I am trained to treat depression, anxiety disorders, identity issues, life transitions, career and relationship issues. I have experience working with individuals, families, group therapy, and crisis work.
My Background and Approach
In our work together, we will explore your patterns to better understand you and learn helpful tools to navigate eating and mental health struggles. Whether you are navigating an eating disorder, anxiety or a relationship with yourself or others, we can identity your stuck points and help you be more proactive instead of reactive. I am passionate and committed to creating a safe space for work with my clients. I use a strengths based, culturally sensitive and person centered wholistic approach. Seeking help can feel daunting, but it is a necessary step towards healing. I understand how paralyzing and alienating eating and mental health disorders can feel. However, I also know that we are capable of healing and navigating stressors more effectively. You do not have to feel stuck anymore, reach out today, and let's journey towards healing. You are not alone!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have the capacity to heal. I also know that life isn't a bed of roses, and we all experience ups and downs. While the downs can feel incredibly difficult, it does not have to stay that way. We can learn tools to help you navigate those unexpected moments more effectively. It's okay to let go of control, and trust someone else to help you carry your load. We aren't meant to do life alone.
