My Background and Approach
Over the past 8 years, I have been developing and perfecting on tools that have be beneficial with supporting hundreds of people just like you. My goal is to equip you with skills and tools to help you navigate your world with confidence and courage. I engage in research, trainings and courses to continue to refine my skillset. We will work collaboratively to identify the roots attached to the challenges you are facing and develop a path forward towards a future unburdened by the past. We will identify how functioning has been negatively impacted and create personalized plans to improve the quality of your day-to-day life, relationship with others, and relationship with self. You will begin to tap into the life you desired for yourself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all face challenges that we underestimate. With that limited awareness, we develop unhealthy thought and behaviors that prevent us from experiencing true alignment spiritually. I believe that spiritual alignment is not only attached to a specific faith that resonates with us but also to how we connected to the world around us and the people in it.
