About My Clients
I mainly work with older teens and young adults navigating life transitions like leaving home, starting college or a career, or figuring out who they are next. I also have a lot of experience with neurodivergent clients (ADHD, autism, and beyond), helping you understand your brain, build strategies that actually work for you, and let go of shame around being different. If you're feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of your next step, I'd love to help you find solid ground.
My Background and Approach
I'm a big believer that therapy doesn't have to feel heavy all the time. My approach is rooted in CBT where we'll look at the thought patterns and habits keeping you stuck, and work on practical ways to shift them. But I bring a casual style and a solid sense of humor into the room too. I'm not laughing at you...I'm laughing with you, helping you find the humor and lightness in things that might currently feel overwhelming. A lot of my work these days is with older teens and young adults navigating big life transitions: leaving home, starting school or a first job, redefining relationships, or figuring out who they're becoming. I also work a lot with neurodivergent folks, and I try to meet you where your brain actually is, not where the world expects it to be. Sessions are 100% telehealth, so we can work together from wherever you're most comfortable. My goal is simple: help you find your way back to peace, joy, and a little levity, even when things are hard.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in kindness, flexibility, and positivity. I also believe humor is a powerful (and underrated) tool for healing. My job is to listen, respect your story, and help you find both the tools and the moments of lightness that get you through.
