Sandra Walker-Lee, DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC, is a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with expertise in treating psychiatric patients across various settings, including maximum security forensics, inpatient, outpatient, and detox facilities through face-to-face and telehealth. With a career starting in 2006 as a psychiatric registered nurse, Sandra earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2016.
My Background and Approach
Sandra started her career working as a psychiatric registered nurse (2006) in acute crisis stabilization units and 24-hour observation units. Through Sandra's years of experience as a psychiatric registered and her passion and dedication in mental health, she decided to return to college in her quest to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (2013).
