About My Clients
My specialty is providing couples and sex psychotherapy. Relationships are foundations of life and can be affected by many things, such as communication, sexual needs/desires, or addictions. Our bodies experience change as we develop or go through major life changes. Sometimes they can be difficult to understand or manage. I provide a safe space to discuss intimate issues while eliminating feelings of fear or shame. My passion is to help you identify life goals and ways to help you achieve them.
My Background and Approach
I utilize multiple approaches in therapy as one may not work for everyone. Some examples of approaches I use are: Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I utilize a client-centered approach to help increase self-awareness and manage conflict. I encourage you to challenge yourself to grow as a person and with your partner. I understand asking for help can be daunting, but I will help you every step of the way.
